“Affiliate” is any person or entity participating in the Nautilus Referral Program for the purposes of referring potential Customers to Nautilus. An affiliate controls potential Customer information until processed by Nautilus to create a new Customer account.
“Visitor” is any person that visits our website.
“You” and “Your” could refer to a Customer, Subscriber, or Affiliate based on context within this policy.
Nautilus does not sell Customer, Subscriber, Affiliate, or Visitor information we collect to anyone.

We do not contact you directly. We do not sell or share your information with any other Customer, Subscriber, or Visitor unless explicit consent is granted by you.
Information You Provide To Us: When you fill out a Nautilus provided sign-up form, you provide us information directly like your name, email address, and other contact information our Customer asks to collect on their behalf. This information may be required or optional solely at the Customer’s discretion.
Information We Receive From Customers: Customers provide us with information they collect from you via other channels like integration partners, in-person sign-ups, or other means of consent between you and the Customer.
Information We Collect Automatically: When you interact with our emails, we collect information about your Service usage like the date and time you opened the email, any links you clicked and when you clicked them.
Use of Information
Detecting Fraud and Misuse of our Services: In order for Nautilus to prevent Spam and protect Inboxes, we review Customers’ mailing lists, which contain your data, with a variety of automatic tests. Our staff also manually reviews mailing lists, and your data, for any signs of irresponsible emailing by our Customers.
Providing Services to Our Customers: We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed in order to provide services to our Customers.
Meeting Legal Requirements: We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Business Transition: In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. If you are a subscriber of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by our Customer, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly.
We have no direct relationship with the Subscribers whose personal data we process. We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his or her query to our Customer (the data controller). If our Customer requests that we remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy and our Data Processing and Security Terms to provide the email marketing services described on our website.
We use other third parties to provide our Services. When you sign up for our Services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that Service. This could include billing information provided to a credit card processing company to bill you for services or location, geographic information, device IDs, and online identifiers for personalization, or contact information to provide Live Chat and other Customer Support services while using our website.
